This wonderful white whine is named after the indigenous variety found in the northen parts of Italy, mainly Veneto. The grape is a cross between Riesling and Pinot blanc, with an aromatic and fresh profile. The wine is bright yellow with green reflections. It has an intense nose with aromas of gooseberry, rhubarb and lemon with grassy undertones and just a hint of apricot. On the palate, its mouthwatering acidity is balanced by a certain roundness, the aromas are more fruity than in the nose, intermixing peach with the recurrent rhubarb and green apple.
