L'Insolent - Domaine d'Aigues Belles

This wine is made from the best grapes of the year, which means that the blend is not always the same. The 2018 is made with Mourvèdre and has a deep ruby red colour with violet reflexes. The nose is intensely fruity with both red and dark berries and vanilla and a whiff of coffee from the wood. On the palate very well balanced despite its alcohol level, this wine has a high keeping potential but is wonderful to drink in its youth as well.
