Being the top cuvée of the house, Terre spends more than ten years on its lees before release and is built to last much longer. The tiny bubbles, supercreamy mousse and mouthfeel are part of the result. It has a seductive nose with vanilla, peonies, citrus oil, green apple and rhubarb. The wine is superbly elegant and perfectly stuctured. Despite its very low dosage, a lingering sweetness on the aftertaste proves the perfect ripeness of the grape material. Still very youthful but a pleasure to drink already.
