Bright straw yellow in colour with an enticing nose filled with white flowers and fruits. Yellow apple, cranberries and mango together with freshly baked bread and anise seeds. The mousse is fine and persistent, carrying flavours of cinnamon, whitecurrant, red apple, lemon and brioche into the long aftertaste. (2012)
