Bright salmon pink with an enticing palette of red fruits like cherry and strawberries on the first nose. With time it opens up to bready and spicy aromas and some candied fruit.
A full bodied champagne, this wine is a perfect companion to food, especially after a few years of bottle ageing.
Lively and fine mousse carries the aromas of citrus and red fruits into the long finish.
