Intense straw yellow in the glass, aromas of vanilla, canteloupe melon, yellow apple and brioche are followed by cinnamon, ginger bisquits and pink grapefruit. The mousse is lively and fine and bright acidity balances the full body. On the palate yellow plum, pear and lemon with hints of cardamom and redcurrants.
